We hope you are happy with your purchase, however in the unfortunate event you are not, you may return your item for store credit within 14 days of receiving.
Please note all returns must be pre-authorised by emailing email@example.com
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving. They must be unused, unwashed with all labels still attached and with the original packaging. We cannot accept returns if any of these tags have been removed and the original packaging has been discarded.
Returns can take up to 5 working days to be processed from the date of receipt. However please note that during busy periods this may take longer.
Once approved, a store credit note will be issued to you. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be eligible for a return and will be sent back to the customer.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your return. Please state the Return + order number in the email subject. In the email include your name and items you intend to return.
- Wait for a Returns Acceptance Number, which will need to be included on your return slip.
- Send your items back to us.
Please note we will only accept returns where they have been arranged prior to receiving parcels. Any parcels received without prior notification to us, will not be accepted for a return.
Return shipping and postage remain the responsibility and cost of the customer. We strongly recommend all items to be returned via tracked and signed for service to ensure items arrive safely.
VSMINE is not responsible for items lost during transit and no returns will be issue.
Please clearly mark the package as a return for customs declaration if you are returning from outside the European Union. If items are not marked as a return and as a result, VSMINE is charged import taxes, this amount will be deducted from your credit note.
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges, if you would like a different size please send the item back for store credit (following the procedure above) and re-order the replacement online.
Any item/s returned outside of the 14-day returns policy, will not be accepted for a refund.
